Beachside residences are available from 24th August 2024 – 26th April 2025.
Standard bookings*
For guests wishing to reserve and stay for 4 weeks or more and pay in 4 weekly instalments the below rates apply.
Termly bookings**
Students or other guests who wish to reserve for the term can benefit from the reduced weekly rate when the rate for the term is paid in advance.
- Autumn term: 14th September – 14th December 2024
- Spring term: 28th December 2024 – 5th April 2025
For termly bookings, belongings can be left in rooms during the Christmas holidays, if returning for the following period. It may be possible to stay during this time.

Peterborough House
Peterborough House will be available from the end of October 2024 until end of March 2025 for winter rentals (minimum 4 week stays).
